Privacy policy

RehabSheet is a reference site. There are no accounts, no logins and no newsletter list you are quietly added to. Everything here is readable without giving us anything.

What we collect

Aggregate page analytics, through two services. Google Analytics 4 (property G-5ZBQTDDHPP) records page path, referrer, country, browser family and screen size, and it writes a first-party cookie holding a random client id so repeat visits from the same browser are counted once. That id is not a name, an email or an account, and we never join it to anything else — but it is a cookie and it is a Google advertising-platform tag, so we are not going to tell you otherwise. Vercel Analytics counts page views without a cookie. Both exist so we can see which references get used and which ones are wasting space. Browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker stops the Google tag, and nothing on this site stops working when it is blocked. The tag does not check for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, so those settings on their own do not stop it.

Messages sent through the contact form (your name, email address and message) are delivered by email to the editor and used only to reply. The site does not store them.

What the tools do with your input

Every calculator, note builder and handout on this site runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a tool is transmitted to us or stored on a server — reload the page and it is gone. That includes anything you paste that happens to be patient information: it never leaves your machine, but we would rather you did not paste it at all.

What we never do

We do not sell data, we do not run remarketing or conversion tags, we do not place third-party advertising pixels, and we do not build a profile of you across sites. The GA4 tag above is used for page counts only — no audiences, no ad personalisation, no data sharing with Google signals. Outbound links to vendors are plain links with no affiliate parameters attached.
