Every chiropractic system sells one-click note macros, and they are genuinely useful at twenty visits a day. They are also how a chart ends up with forty byte-identical daily notes, which is the single fastest way to lose an audit. Choose a system whose macros fill the structure and leave the findings empty.

Write a daily note yourself at speed. Does the region picker drive the code, or do I pick the code? Can AT be defaulted on — and can that default be turned off? What does the same-day E/M flow force me to document? And can I export every note and every claim in a format I can read, without asking you?
